Winter is in full swing, and it is really getting cold out there! ‘Tis the season to crank up those thermostats and stay cozy indoors. Though there are still many wonderful winter activities to take part in outdoors, check out these 9 activities you can do inside with family, friends, or by yourself in the warmth of your home.
1. Bake Goodies
Turning up that oven and making a nice warm batch of cookies will warm anyone up on a cold day.running around the kitchen to bake for your family and friends is a great way to keep warm. While you are baking the cookies, go turn down that thermostat a tiny bit to save some money. Having the oven on will heat up the house quite a bit!
2. Snuggle Up/Watch A Movie
Put on your warm pajamas, curl up in a blanket and have a cozy movie day. Whether with someone or having a relaxing day by yourself, stay warm inside and dedicate the whole day to nothing but movies!
3. Board Games/Charades

Once you give it a chance,knitting is actually a lot easier than you may think. Why not spend the day in with a movie and knit away. You could knit yourself a scarf or a hat for these cold winter months, or make a few projects to give as holiday gifts.
